The Hooligans are Irish Army Rangers tasked with protecting the Emerald Isles Stargate. Never knowing who they might face the team is prepared for a variety of enemies and possible assaults.
The Hooligans have trained with the Joe team since their creation.
One of the two newest members of The Hooligans, Gunna is a master of the shotgun. Able to use what some call "the hammer of the weapons world" with finesse.
