The Hooligans are Irish Army Rangers tasked with protecting the Emerald Isles Stargate. Never knowing who they might face the team is prepared for a variety of enemies and possible assaults.
The Hooligans have trained with the Joe team since their creation.
Brimstone is the team's Chemical/Biological Counter Weapons specialist. His gear is the latest MOPP (Mission Oriented Protective Posture) gear available. Brimstone is the first to approach anything that comes through the Stargate.
