Decepticon Oilslick.
Oilslick prefers vehicular combat, where he tries to destroy Autobots while they are still in their vehicle form. He is a talented chemist by training and a ruthless fighter by choice. He is responsible for the creation of Reverse Evolution and Cosmic Rust. Both are fatal to other Transformers.
Oilslick currently allows Zanzibar to utilize him in his vehicle mode. Unbeknownst to Zanzibar, Oilslick transforms and experiments on the undead. He has created a version of the virus that can infect Transformers, turning them into mindless destroyers.
