Soundwave is an undyingly loyal lieutenant of the Decepticon leader Megatron. He is the communications officer for the Decepticons. With the Decepticons missing, he has teamed up with Cobra to further his attempt to locate and reunite with his leader. his current configuration is that of a Drone, inspired by the Preadator drones the US military used exstensively prior to the Z outbreak.
Soundwave has taken on various configurations based on mission needs. Previously, he had a previous Drone body that was smaller and muted in color for stealth operations.
