Grand Slam joined the Joe team and went into experimental weapons. He tested everything from laser weapons to JUMP jet packs, all on the battlefield of active combat zones. He never knew if what he was wielding would be effective or blow up while he used it, still, he ran headfirst into combat anyway.
When the world turned, he found himself on the losing side. The Pit was overrun. His Brothers and Sisters in Arms had fallen. When the order to retreat was given, he took to the sky. He wandered the wastes trying to do what all Joes did, help as many people as possible. For each he could help, there were a dozen more that he couldn't help. Depression caught up with him as the years past. The final flight pack he had taken from the PIT was still fully operational but without armament. However, his status as "operational" was questionable at best. Then Cobra found him.
Now, as a part of the Cobra HEAT, he hunts the Joe team using the newest technology Cobra has at its disposal.
